Scope and Contents This collection consists of four items: Precedents, Decisions on Points of Order in the United States Senate, 1789-1913; Official Report of the Proceedings of the Seventeenth Republican National Convention, June 8-12, 1920; a scrapbook of bills and resolutions introduced by Harreld during the Sixty-eighth (1923-1925) and Sixty-ninth (1925-1927) Congresses; and "Speaker's Manual and Campaign Textbook," a pamphlet.
