Carl D. Lyons graduated from the OU College of Pharmacy in 1960. Carl and his wife Joyce moved to Tulsa after graduation. During Mr. Lyons time in Tulsa, he worked as the Director of Pharmacy at St. Francis and the Governing Officer of Skyline Terrace Nursing Center. When the OU College of Pharmacy moved to Tulsa in 2002, Mr. Lyons served as the first Assistant Dean of the College of Pharmacy at the Schusterman Center.
