The text is a telegram sent to Cortez Rubio from Vin. H. Murray, Governor of Oklahoma, requesting Rubio to be in Ardmore to testify in a case involving the killing of Mexican students. The Governor offers to pay for Rubio's expenses and instructs him to arrive in Ardmore on Thursday night or Friday morning. Rubio is asked to call back with a certificate from the Clerk of the Court. The message is to be charged to the Governor's office.
