For the most part the memoranda in this folder were interoffice. There are also packets of correspondence on various topics sent by other members as well as companies to Richard K. Armey, which were then circulated to office staff. This folder also has packets of clippings and articles about other members of Congress. Occasionally, Armey's staff added notes to these clippings. Topics include broadband, dumping in the Chesapeake Bay, health care, Workplace Preservation Act, satellite privatization, birthday greetings to Armey, and defense appropriations.
