Discussion of H.R.10304; "To reaffirm the national public policy and the purposes of Congress in enacting the Robinson-Patman Antiprice Discrimination Act entitled `An Act to amend section two of the Act entitled "An Act to supplement existing laws against unlawful restraints and monopolies, and for other purposes," approved October 15, 1914, as amended (U.S.C., title 15, sec. 13), and for other purposes', and to clarify the intent and meaning of the aforesaid law by providing for the mandatory nature of functional discounts under certain circumstances" (Byron G. Rogers-Colorado), and H.R.10305; same as H.R.10304 (Frank C. Osmer, Jr.-New Jersey).
