"To provide for computation of disability retirement pay for members of the uniformed services" (Samuel S. Stratton-New York), and H.R.11318; "To provide that those persons entitled to retired pay or retainer pay under the Career Compensation Act of 1949 who were prohibited from computing their retired pay or retainer pay under the rates provided by the act of May 20, 1958, shall be entitled to have their retired pay or retainer pay re-computed on the rates of basic pay provided by the act of May 20, 1958" (Paul J. Kilday-Texas).
