Pamphlet. What's The Matter With The Democratic Party (Elmer Thomas). Attached clippings and correspondence. Thomas sent this pamphlet to Democratic members of the U.S. Congress, Democratic governors, and various members of the national and state political parties. Most of the letters were simple acknowledgments. Some of the more lengthy letters were written by Lister Hill, Thomas F. Bayard, Joseph T. Deal, John mcsweeney, James B. Aswell, Millard E. Tydings, and George W. P. Hunt (governor of Arizona)
