First completely constructed log dam. Ross Guy, a full-blood Caddo Indian, is giving it his approval. He stands in the center of the channel. The logs penetrate 3 to 4 fee3t into the side walls of the channel and are strongly anchored to dead men planted well in the earth. The view is of one of the single row log dams., undated
