R. 9793: "To amend title II of the Social Security Act to broaden the definition of `disability' for individuals sixty years of age or over, to eliminate the requirement that an individual must attain age fifty to qualify for disability insurance benefits, and to provide that disabled individuals may become entitled to widows' or widowers' insurance benefits without regard of age." (Al Ullman - Oregon).
