Correspondence: re: H. R. 1910: "To amend title II of the Social Security Act so as to remove the limitation upon the amount of outside income which an individual may earn while receiving benefits thereunder; to provide that full benefits thereunder, when based upon the attainment of retirement age, will be payable to men at age sixty and to women at age fifty-five; and to eliminate the requirement that an individual must have attained the age of fifty in order to become entitled to disability insurance benefits."
