This series contains correspondence of a more personal nature between Congressman Jones and his staff and constituents, Democratic Party officials, and other agents of the government such as Congressmen and members of the Cabinet. Types of correspondence included in this series include congratulations letters, holiday cards, and thank you notes; administrative memoranda concerning Congressional business; letters of support for grants and contracts; and recommendations.
