Arrangement
All separated materials were divided into two main categories prior to processing: publications and oversize (which consisted of large, flat, paper materials and a banner). Publication-separated items were arranged by their series of origination then by the box and folder they were removed from before receiving their item numbers. Items without a box and folder indicated during their initial separation were categorized as "Origin Unknown" and were intellectually placed in the Oversize Series. Items with a known provenance were intellectually placed with their originating materials; however, they are housed with the materials of the Oversize Series. Oversize-separated items were initially categorized by the size of folder in which they fit (F1: 16 x 20 inches; F2: 20 x 24 inches; F3: 20 x 28 inches; OS: 36 x 48 inches). Items were then arranged by their series of origination then by the box and folder they were removed from before receiving their item numbers. Some items were sorted into their size category after the category was processed, so these items are not in series, box, and folder order. Items without a box and folder indicated during their initial separation were categorized as "Origin Unknown" and were intellectually placed in the Oversize Series. Items with a known provenance were intellectually placed with their originating materials; however, they are housed with the materials of the Oversize Series.
