Scope and Contents
The Articles series contains a variety of scholarly articles related to political theory, American politics, and Congress used by Peters throughout his career as research and teaching materials. There are also materials, including draft chapters and review responses, related to a series published by the University of Oklahoma Press in conjunction with the Carl Albert Center regarding Congress. The series also includes Peters’ personal collection of TIME magazine from May 1973-December 1974. Peters retained these items because of the magazine’s coverage of the Watergate scandal.
