This series contains materials related to the administration of Synar's Washington and District offices. These documents range from scheduling matters to information about staffing. Invitations were sampled for earlier years of the office's operations, given the existence of full scheduling books outlining events that Synar did and did not attend. During those years, the archives retain copies of invitations for any noteworthy events or invitations annotated by Synar himself. The absence of scheduling books for later years precluded any use of sampling. Therefore, all invitations were retained. All told it consists of 30,471 items.
