Contains various materials on legislation related to the Clean Air Act Amendments of 1990 (H.R. 3030) and air toxics including the Clean Air Act Amendments of the 101st Congress (H.R. 4), the Clean Air Restoration Act of 1989 (H.R. 2323), and the Clean Air Act Amendments (H.R. 99) as well as lists of requirements and features of the Toxics Release Prevention Act of 1989 (S. 816) and a Congressional Research Service analysis of Title V of S. 1894 (Clean Air Standards Attainment Act of 1987). Also contains "The National Toxic Release Inventory: Preliminary Air Toxic Data" by Subcommittee on Health and the Environment and a flowchart and additional document explaining each step and additional purposes of H.R. 4. These materials were handled by Ruth Fleischer. Ruth Fleischer was the Counsel of the Committee on Government Operations' Subcommittee on Environment, Energy, and Natural Resources however it is unclear in what capacity she was working for Synar's office during the creation and use of these materials.
