These materials start with 4-22 after being split after 4-21. Also contains a database print-off of S. 1518, Alternative Motor Fuels Act of 1988. These materials were handled by Ruth Fleischer. Ruth Fleischer was the Counsel of the Committee on Government Operations' Subcommittee on Environment, Energy, and Natural Resources however it is unclear in what capacity she was working for Synar's office during the creation and use of these materials pertaining to alternative fuels and air pollution.
