Contains materials related to the Lead Contamination Control Act Amendments of 1991 (H.R. 2840) and the Lead Exposure Reduction Act of 1991 (H.R. 3554). Many of the materials focus on lead in drinking water and paint. These materials are clearly handled by Sheila Canavan and contain her handwritten notes and annotations, however it is unclear what capacity she was working in for Synar's office at the time.
