Contains various materials such as letters from congresspersons, organizations, and associations asking for support for and against amendments to the Superfund Reform Act of 1994 as well as support for and against the Superfund Reform Act of 1994 (H.R. 3800, H.R. 4916, and S. 1834) which amends the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act of 1980. Most of the congressional letters are Dear Colleague Letters and the letters from organizations and associations are typically addressed to Synar. There are various letters and materials pertaining to the Davis-Bacon Amendment to the Superfund Reform Act of 1994. Also contains copies of various amendments to H.R. 3800 and H.R. 4916 and hand written notes by Sheila Canavan. These materials were handled by Sheila Canavan in relation to the Committee on Government Operations' Subcommittee on Environment, Energy, and Natural Resources and appear to be gathered in relation to the Superfund Reform Act of 1994 being reported to full House Floor.
