Contains a letter from the Association of State and Territorial Solid Waste Management Officials (ASTSWMO) to Synar congratulating the House on developing the Superfund package (H.R. 4916) as well as addressing some of their concerns and opinions of the Superfund Reform Act of 1994 (H.R. 3800, H.R. 4916, and S. 1834) which amends the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act of 1980. Also included is a report titled "A report on State/Territory Non-NPL Hazardous Waste Site Cleanup Efforts for the Period 1980 - 1992" published July 1994 sponsored by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and ASTSWMO. These materials were handled by Sheila Canavan in relation to the Committee on Government Operations' Subcommittee on Environment, Energy, and Natural Resources and appear to be gathered in relation to the Superfund Reform Act of 1994 being reported to full House Floor.
