Some letters look to be copies of letters sent to Jack Brooks, Chairman of the Committee on the Judiciary. This folder also contains hand annotated drafts of priority lists from Synar's office for the markup session of the Crime Bill on June 21st, 1994. This folder also contains letters from the Fraternal Order of Police with their opinion on the gun control provisions of the bill. These materials were originally unfoldered.
