This folder also contains a memo on the Chairman's Mark of the Crime Bill, a memo to Crime Bill conferees on the Hatch amendment, an annotated draft of a section of the bill, handwritten notes from a meeting on the Crime Bill on June 24th, 1994, typewritten notes on title changes from the markup session for the bill, and articles.
