 File — Box: GU 31, Folder: 9

Dwight was special assistant to Kerr. Contains numerous letters, usually to Kerr, on a variety of topics. Some are routine and may involve job requests. Others relate to state business. Apparently, Dwight handled these letters for Kerr. There are names of governors and some state agencies that were not cataloged due to the subject matter or lack of numbers of items from a person or agency. Topics include the United States Indian Claims Commission, the Oklahoma budget, income tax in Oklahoma, Oklahoma Reconstruction 1939-1951, and Oklahoma politics and government.
