Ernest Hellwege, associate county agent of Watonga, and Miss Carolyn Schein, associate county home demonstration agent, are third from the right in the back and front row respectively. The group heard speeches by Vice-President Lyndon Johnson, both Senators and Congressmen, when Senator Monroney entertained all Oklahoma 4-Hers at a party in the conference room of the Capitol's new east front. Washington, D.C. August 17, 1962.
