Shown above on the Capitol steps with their Senators and Congressman. Seated, center of first row, are Representative Victor Wickersham and Robert S. Kerr, with Senator Mike Monroney fourth from the right. Ernest Hellwege, associate county agent of Watonga, and Miss Carolyn Schein, associate county home demonstration agent, are third from the right in the back and front row respectively. The group heard speeches by Vice-President Lyndon Johnson, both Senators and Congressmen, when Senator Monroney entertained all Oklahoma 4-Hers at a party in the conference room of the Capitol's new east front. Washington, D.C. August 17, 1962.
