Contains various materials from Indian leg of the delegation trip taken by Synar, his legislative assistants Greg DiMeglio and Cindy Tate-Ball, and Congressman Richard Durbin to Southeast Asia in January 1989. Among other things, it includes such items as briefing materials, reports from the Catholic Relief Service, official dinner invitations and trip itineraries and information on India. For preservation reasons, these materials were removed from a two-pocket folder.
