Contains a transcript of a telephone press conference held with Professor Muhammad Yunus in Washington D.C on July 22, 1987 and various handwritten administrative notes regarding the planning of a delegation trip taken by Synar, his legislative assistants Greg DiMeglio and Cindy Tate-Ball, and Congressman Richard Durbin to Southeast Asia in January 1989. These items were removed by the archivist from a three ring binder and the rest of the binder's contents were deaccessioned as duplicates of materials which can be found in Folder 244.8.
