Contains materials broadly speaking that reflect concerns expressed by a report/survey prepared by the Tulsa chapter of the Christian Home Educators and the Eagle Forum. These concerns include the DC Act 4-69 (District of Columbia Sexual Assault Reform Act of 1981), Title IX, and family planning. There is also a copy of an open letter from Gary Rice, a candidate running against Synar in the 1988 election, regarding some of these issues. The folder appears to have originally been concerned with the legislation regarding DC Act 4-69 but a notation on the front of the folder indicates the folder was reused and the materials included the folder relate more broadly to the Eagle Forum survey.
