Contains materials, including copies of the announcement of funds and news releases from Senator David Boren's office, regarding the awarding of grants and loans to various for Oklahoma organizations. Many of these funds are for the development and improvement of water systems by local water districts. These materials were originally stored in one folder with copies of grants from other agencies titled Grants: 1984. An archivist separated and arranged the materials into multiple folders for easier access. Synar's office retained copies of these documents to generate press releases.
