Contains materials including project announcements and press releases from Senator David Boren regarding funds for various projects in Synar's district. Many of these projects were dedicated to the development of water systems and treatment plants. These materials were originally stored in one folder with copies of grants from other agencies. An archivist separated and arranged the materials into multiple folders for easier access. Synar's office retained copies of these documents to generate press releases.
