Processing Note
Lead Processing Archivist: Nathan Gerth
Archives Graduate Student: Heather Bateman
Heather Bateman arranged and described the materials in this series during October 2017. The items in this series appear to be separations from the Monroney Collection at large. Twenty-three of the items are annotated indicating their provenance or inclusion with other documents. Most of the items upon examination exhibit signs they were once stapled or paper-clipped to other documents. Some of the larger items have distinct creases and staple holes indicating they were folded to the size of a letter sheet and stapled.
All items were kept in the order in which they were found in the maps folders, since the series did not have an inventory list or finding aid. Items annotated with a provenance or as an inclusion were categorized as "Origin Unknown" and labeled as such. Annotations pertaining to provenance and inclusion were recorded and added to the items' processing notes in the finding aid.
