Handwritten letter from Dick to Porter Morgan about a letter sent to Dick from Y.A. Watson, a colored gentleman in Luther, Oklahoma. Barret states the gentleman is a worker and if we have work for him unless he happens to be a delegate to the County Convention. Both letters attached.
