John Caldwell was the first archivist for the Carl Albert Center Congressional Archives at Oklahoma University in 1979 until 1992. The image was used for the Spring 1985 issue of 'Extensions' which is a publication of the Carl Albert Center. The article was titled, "Twentieth-Century Congressional Collections: Random Thoughts on Planning the Inventory of the Carl Albert Collections" written by John Caldwell.
