Delay in Issuing Final Rules and Regulations for Implementation of Food Stamp Act of 1977

The Muscogee (Creek) Nation has written to Congressman James R. Jones to express their frustration with the delays in the publication of final rules and regulations for the implementation of the Food Stamp Act of 1977. They note that the delay from the Act's passage in September 1977 to the present day is "extra-ordinary", and request that the Congressman take action to ensure that the Final Regulations are published without further delay.
