The Committee on the Budget of the House of Representatives is discussing the 10,000 limitation on tribes in effect in some areas. The Pawnee, C-Arapha, Comanche, Coctaw, and Chickasaw tribes are participating, and the Pottatowa, Biowa, Creek, Ponka, and Witcheto tribes are other areas that have exceptions possible. The AG doesn't know if Oka will have that option in the Okla rego. HUD/3 Mid May or 3rdwk.
