The Supreme Court's Decision on the Delaware Bill of Oklahoma

 Item — Box: 32, Folder: 3
Identifier: CAC_CC_109_7_32_3_0005
An effort to overturn the Supreme Court decision granting the payment to the Delaware tribe of Oklahoma is being made by a Kansas congressman. This will not only be unjust to the Oklahoma tribe, but will also delay payment for many years. Those of us who have long hoped for this payment are very much opposed to any such bill.
