Opposition of an amendment to the 1972 Indian Claims Judgment Distribution Act
Opposition of an amendment to the 1972 Indian Claims Judgment Distribution Act
Eula McComey, a member of the Delaware Indian tribe, is writing to Congressman James R. Jones to urge him to oppose an amendment to the 1972 Indian Claims Judgment Distribution Act. McComey argues that the Delaware tribe has already waited eight years for the distribution of the judgment, and that any further delay is unjustified.
