Vote against a bill that would allocate funds to settle a judgment

The Delaware Tribe of Indians is asking for Congressman James R. Jones to vote against a bill that would appropriate funds to pay for a judgment in their favor. They feel that the matter has been pending for too long and would appreciate his attention to the bill.
