The Creek Nation's Report on the Indian Child Welfare Act of 1978

The Creek Nation has sent a report to the House Subcommittee on Indian Affairs and Public Lands in support of the Indian Child Welfare Act of 1978. The report includes an analysis of the intent and effect of the Act, as well as a discussion of the state of child welfare within the Creek Nation. The Creek Nation supports the Act and is prepared to implement it.
