The Arkansas River Bed Case

Mrs. Katherine Perry of Cleveland, Oklahoma, is writing to James R. Jones of the United States House of Representatives to ask him to consider passing a bill (House Hill 4371) that would compensate Native American tribes for the use of resources on their land. She argues that the government is currently using these resources without paying the tribes, and that this is unfair.
