Memo to John Lynn regarding land ownership in Pawnee County

The text contains a memo from one person to another, asking the latter to help resolve a problem concerning land ownership. The person asking for help has been attempting to resolve the issue themselves, but has been unsuccessful. The issue is that one of the co-owners of the land is using it and charging rent without sharing the money with the other owners.
