The Bureau of Indian Affairs' "Set asides" practice in awarding contracts to minority enterprises

The Association of Oklahoma General Contractors is asking for help in stopping the Bureau of Indian Affairs from awarding contracts only to Indian-owned construction companies. They feel this is discriminatory against other construction companies that are not owned by Native Americans.
