Coons, a pharmacy student at the university of oklahoma, has written to congressman James jones to express his concern that the lack of renewal of a contract between the bureau of Indian affairs and American Indian scholarships, inc. Will result in many Indian graduate students having to terminate their studies. He requests that the congressman use his influence to get the contract renewed.
