The united Indian tribes of western oklahoma and Kansas, inc., Demands that the secretary of the interior withdraw funds from the state of oklahoma until the state recognizes the doctrine of reserved water rights as it applies to the Indian tribes residing within the state. This resolution was adopted unanimously by the tribes on February 10, 1979.
