Mrs. Neosho McClain's Attempt To Purchase Meramec Lake

This letter is from James r. Jones to Mrs. Neosho McClain, informing her that the land she is interested in purchasing is still held in trust by the united states government and that any transfer of ownership would require approval from the trustee. Mr. Scott also tells Mrs. McClain that he doubts such approval would be given at this time, but offers to answer any further questions she might have.
