Identifier: CAC_CC_109_5_38_19_0037
The Osage tribal council unanimously supports Mr. Jack Shoemate as superintendent of the Osage agency and believes that, with the full cooperation of the Muskogee area office in supporting his actions in the management and administration of Osage affairs, he has the ability and qualifications to realign personnel to accomplish the goals established for the orderly and efficient management of Osage business. The council requests that no action be taken by the bureau of Indian affairs at any level in transferring or removing Mr. Shoemate as superintendent of the Osage agency without prior consultation with the full Osage tribal council.
