Osage Tribe Requesting Share Of Tonkawa Alcohol Program Funds

The Osage tribe would like to receive a share of the Tonkawa alcohol program funds, as they have a problem with alcoholism among Indians. The Tonkawa's received a grant for combating alcoholism, and the Osages would like to get a portion of those funds.
