American Land Title Association Commitment - 1970 Rev.

The American land title association commits to issue a policy of title insurance to the insured named in schedule a, upon payment of the premiums and charges therefor. This commitment is preliminary to the issuance of such policy and all liability or obligations of the company under this commitment shall cease and terminate six months after the effective date hereof or when the policy is not issued, whichever first occurs. The conditions and stipulations herein shall be effective only when the identity of the proposed insured and the amount of the policy or policies committed for have been inserted in schedule a hereof by the company, either at the time of the commitment or by subsequent endorsement.
