Robert b. Snyder, jr. Is the vice president and cashier for the American Indian national bank (AIN). He attests that he attended a meeting on march 24, 1977 with officials from the bureau of Indian affairs (Bia) division of credit and finance, during which discussions were had concerning a Bia loan guaranty for inland mills, inc. Snyder says that, at the request of Bia officials, he prepared a pro forma balance sheet for inland mills which excluded the portion of the Bia-guaranteed debt that was due within one year.
