The American Indian National Bank's Loan Claim Denied

The department of the interior denies payment of a loan to the American Indian national bank. They state that the bank has the duty to verify the accuracy of information contained in the loan application package, and that the united states shall not be liable for loss caused by the banks breach of this duty.
