This letter is from jap w. Blankenship to Morris Thompson, commissioner of Indian affairs. In it, Blankenship commends Charles v. Delaney for his work as acting area director of the Anadarko bureau of Indian affairs area office, and recommends that he be given the position on a permanent basis. He cites Delaney's strong relationship with the tribes within the offices jurisdiction as well as his managerial and administrative skills as reasons why he believes Delaney is the best candidate for the job.
