The text contains a letter from will t. Nelson, editor of the oklahoma city Indian calendar, to United States Representative carl albert. In the letter, nelson asks albert to investigate a land lease made by the Pawnee agency, which nelson believes was made without the approval of the Indian owners of the land. Nelson asks several questions about the legality of the lease and the rights of the Indian owners, and expresses his hope that the lease can be overturned.
